  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 1 lemon

  • 10 peppermint leaves

Green Monster Juice

  • 2.5 cm carrot
  • ½ stalk celery
  • 1 large handful mixed greens
  • 2.5 cm cucumber
  • 1.25 cm broccoli stem
  • 1 small handful alfalfa sprouts
  • 1.25 cm beetroot
  • 1.25 cm courgette
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 cm ginger

Beetroot Juice

  • 1 beetroot

  • 1 cup raspberry

Sunrise Juice

  • 2 medium apples
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 thumb ginger root
  • 2 lemons (peeled)
  • 2 medium pears
  • 6 thumbs turmeric root

Flower Power Juice

  • 1 Brussels’ sprout
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 oranges
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 5 handfuls spinach
  • 1 garlic clove

How to make it:
Simply juice all the ingredients, pour over ice and enjoy.
