Avocado Mango Salsa: Raw Fruit Diet Menu

Being a raw fruitarian can be challenging. You may run out of raw fruit diet menu and get bored of the same old menu. Try out this avocado mango salsa recipe as your raw fruit diet menu. Sweet and hot salsa with tangy mangoes and habaneros. Fresh!!

Ingredients:
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt to taste

Directions:
Place the avocado in a serving bowl, and mix with the lime juice. Mix in the mango, onion, habanero pepper, cilantro and salt.

Tips:
  1. You can omit the habaneros and add red bell peppers for a non-spicy version.
  2. Always wear gloves when working with habaneros.
  3. It is a good idea not to use an overripe mango to avoid messiness.
