Mocha Protein Shake: Smoothie with Protein Powder for Your Weight Loss Breakfast

  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Jell-O Sugar-Free Butterscotch Pudding
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup concentrated cold brew coffee (do not water it down), or really strong coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup ice
  • Instant coffee powder (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)
