Passion Fruit Salad: Raw Fruit Diet Menu

As raw fruitarian, you may easily run out of raw fruit diet menu and get bored of the same old ones. Try out this passion fruit salad recipe as your raw fruit diet menu. Tangy, refreshing, and exotic!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large pineapple, cut into square cubes or triangle shapes
  • 1 pound strawberry, cut into small pieces
  • 2 large green kiwi, peeled, horizontally sliced into ¼ inch slices
  • Seeds from two whole passion fruit


Garnish:
Mint leaves

Directions:

  1. Place the kiwi fruit inside the sides of a glass salad bowl.
  2. Pour the pineapple and strawberries into the bowl.
  3. Slice the passion fruits and place the seeds on top of the salad.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.
