Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding: A Healthy Breakfast Treat

Want to have a healthy breakfast but still feel like a treat? Try Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding. Here's the recipe:


  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup nondairy milk (almond, cashew, or coconut will make an excellent taste)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Raw honey (adjust to suit your taste buds)
  • A sprinkle of sea salt

Simply place all the ingredients in a sealed jar and shake. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes, and enjoy!

You can keep it in the fridge for up to three days.
